Refund Policy

LifeMakeEasier offers a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to contact us and request a return.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item should be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging when reasonably possible. You may also need to provide proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation email.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, contact us at huangzero2004@gmail.com with your order number, the email address used at checkout, and the reason for the return. We usually reply within 1-2 business days.

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Please do not send items back before contacting us first. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If the item is damaged, defective, or not the item you ordered, contact us as soon as possible at huangzero2004@gmail.com. Please include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue and help make it right.

Non-returnable Items

Some items may not be eligible for return for hygiene, safety, custom, final sale, or other practical reasons. If you have questions about a specific item, contact us before requesting a return.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect an approved return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee cancellation after an order has started processing or shipped, but we will review the request and help where possible.
