This website is operated by LifeMakeEasier. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to LifeMakeEasier. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Digital products

All products sold on this site are digital goods delivered electronically. No physical item will be shipped. After a successful purchase you will receive an email with a download link for your files, and your files are also available from your account order page.

2. Licence and permitted use

When you purchase a product you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal licence to use the files for your own personal use. You may print the files for personal use. You may not resell, redistribute, share, sublicense or claim authorship of the files, nor use them to create products for resale.

3. Refunds

Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, all sales are generally final. If a file is faulty, corrupted or not as described, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will make it right or issue a refund. See our Refund policy for details.

4. Accuracy of information

We do our best to describe our products accurately, including colours and layouts. Because screens and printers vary, we cannot guarantee that printed colours will match exactly what you see on screen.

5. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including the planner designs, artwork and text, is owned by LifeMakeEasier and is protected by copyright. Your purchase grants a licence to use the files — it does not transfer ownership or copyright.

6. Limitation of liability

Our products are provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, LifeMakeEasier shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product.
