Ordering & delivery

How do I get my files after I order?

Every product is a digital download, delivered in full the moment your payment is confirmed. A download link appears on the order confirmation page and is emailed to the address you used at checkout. You can return to your downloads at any time using the link in your order confirmation email. Nothing is shipped, and there is nothing to wait for.

Do I need an account or an app to use what I buy?

No. The interactive planners open in any modern browser and you type straight into the page — no app and no account. The PDFs open in any PDF reader, and the sticker and music files are ordinary PNG, WAV and MP3 files that work with the software you already have.

What exactly is included in each planner?

Every planner contains three things: an interactive HTML planner you can fill in on a computer or tablet, print-ready PDFs in both A4 and US Letter sizes, and a short printing guide with scaling, paper and duplex tips. All planners are undated, so you can start on any day of the year and reuse the same layout.

Formats & compatibility

Which devices work with the interactive HTML planners?

Any modern browser on Windows, macOS, Linux, iPadOS or Android — Chrome, Safari, Edge and Firefox are all supported. The planners are designed for a laptop or tablet screen. You can open them on a phone as well, but the layouts are built for larger screens.

Can I edit the planners on a tablet?

Yes. Open the HTML file in the tablet's browser and type directly into the page. If you prefer handwriting, print the PDFs or import them into a note-taking app that accepts PDFs.

Printing

Can I print the planners, and on what paper?

Yes. Each planner includes print-ready PDFs in A4 and US Letter, sized for a home printer on standard paper. Print as many copies as you like for your own use. The included printing guide covers scaling, duplex (double-sided) printing and paper choice, so your pages come out right the first time.

Will the printed colours match what I see on screen?

Not exactly, and that is normal. Screens and printers vary, so colours can shift slightly on paper. Layouts, text and spacing are unaffected.

Sticker pack

What comes in the Y2K Cyber Charm sticker pack?

30 individual transparent PNG stickers at 1254 × 1254 pixels, plus a preview image showing every included design and a usage guide — all in one ZIP download. Import the PNG files into any compatible digital journal, scrapbook or design app, then arrange and resize them while keeping their proportions. They are raster images, not editable vector files and not a native GoodNotes sticker book.

Music & licensing

What do I get with a music track?

Each track ships as four audio files in one ZIP: the full arrangement and a seamless-loop version, each in WAV (44.1 kHz, 16-bit stereo) and MP3 (44.1 kHz, 192 kbps stereo). A README and the full license text are included. All tracks are instrumental with no vocals.

Where can I use the music?

Anywhere you like — videos, podcasts, ads, social posts, streams, games, apps and client work, across unlimited personal and commercial projects. The license is perpetual and attribution is not required, so you can use the tracks in monetized content without crediting LifeMakeEasier.

What am I not allowed to do with the music?

You may not resell, share or redistribute the audio files themselves, release them as standalone music on streaming services, register them in Content ID, claim authorship, or transfer the license. Everything else — including commercial and client work — is covered. The full terms are in the LICENSE.txt file included in every pack.

Is the sound pack the same music as the single tracks?

Yes. Y2K Digital Sound Pack Vol. 1 contains the same three tracks — Bubblegum, Cyber After Dark and Digital Daydream — that are sold separately, delivered in one ZIP for $6.99 instead of $8.97.

Refunds & support

What is your refund policy?

Everything in this store is a digital download delivered instantly, so orders are generally final. That said, if a download link or file is broken, corrupted or will not open, if the files do not match the product description, or if you were charged twice, we will make it right. Refund requests are accepted within 14 days of purchase — email us with your order number and a short description of the problem, and approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days. I bought the wrong planner. Can I swap it?

Usually, yes. Contact us as early as you can — before downloading if possible — and we can normally swap it for the planner you actually wanted.

My files did not arrive. What now?

Check your spam or promotions folder first; the download email sometimes lands there. If it is still missing, email support@lifemakeeasier.store with your order number and we will resend your files, usually the same day.
